Job summary

sbe is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Beverly Hills to support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure quality standards, manage labor and inventory, and promote a culture of hospitality and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time, on-site role with progressive responsibilities.

Qualifications

Three years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high-end, service-focused environment.
Experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or equivalent hospitality leadership role preferred.
Strong leadership, guest service, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Lead and support managers, supervisors, and hourly team members in service and operational standards.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
Manage floor operations during peak business periods to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
Support labor management, scheduling, and staffing plans to meet business demands.
