Job summary

sbe Lifestyle Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Beverly Hills. The AGM will support the General Manager, drive profitability, and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

You will coach managers and hourly staff, enforce safety and service standards, and help optimize labor, inventory, and costs while maintaining a culture of hospitality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive restaurant management in a high-end, service-focused environment.
• Experience as Assistant General Manager or equivalent hospitality leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, inventory controls, and restaurant financials.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and hourly staff in service and operational standards.
• Maintain high standards of food/beverage quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
• Manage floor operations during peak periods to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally and support labor and inventory decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and assist with corrective actions and performance coaching.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
