Buffalo Wild Wings in Kansas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will work closely with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics.

We seek leaders with at least 3 years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Experience with responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and champion change.
• Proficient in computer operations and restaurant systems.
