Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to train, develop, and lead a diverse team and drive performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coach Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance and improve guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards while managing daily operations.
