Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Overland Park, KS, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shift teams including Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive top performance and guest engagement, ensuring the restaurant delivers legendary experiences. You will guide training programs, enforce labor and safety standards, and champion a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualificações

• Prefers 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop the team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.
• Lead training initiatives and develop team capabilities to deliver legendary guest experiences.
