Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, NC to leadShift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will drive restaurant performance and guest engagement to deliver legendary experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and mentor a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
