Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant performs at a high level and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You will focus on guest engagement and operational excellence, driving metrics and coaching your team to deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train/develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
