Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.

Working with the General Manager, you’ll drive restaurant performance and guest engagement, ensuring legendary experiences for guests and team members alike. You’ll focus on coaching and developing your team, applying labor laws and safety standards, and maintaining high service quality in a bustling environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
