Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager, to ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance and delivers legendary guest experiences.

This role focuses on guest metrics and engagement, staff development, and driving training, with opportunities for advancement and a path to broader leadership within our growing team.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
