Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Charlotte, overseeing Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance and drive guest engagement and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes compliance with labor laws and safety standards, with opportunities for training, advancement, and a focus on developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
