Buffalo Wild Wings in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers and staff, ensuring top performance and guest engagement. You will partner with the General Manager to drive operations, guest satisfaction and daily restaurant excellence.

The role emphasizes team development, training and adherence to health, safety and service standards within a fast-paced sports‑bar environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
