You will partner with the Head Coach, use data-driven insights from the Ops Dashboard, manage staffing, uphold food safety, and guide both in-store and digital experiences. Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Experience developing 6+ team members per shift.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certification.
• Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
