Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the GM in delivering fast, friendly service and brand standards. You will work hands-on in line roles, coaching team members and stepping into GM duties when needed.

You’ll lead shifts, ensure food safety and cleanliness, monitor quality and costs, and develop a positive, high-performance culture across the store. This role requires flexibility for early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy periods.
• Experience with labor management, inventory, or cash handling is a plus.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient execution.
• Lead and coach team members and shift leaders; step into GM responsibilities as needed.
• Model hospitality and service excellence; resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, waste control, and labor scheduling to hit targets.
• Lead opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures with accuracy and clear communication.
