This role trains and coaches Team Members and Shift Leaders, ensures brand standards, optimizes scheduling, inventory, and health and safety, and drives growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing top talent.
