Job summary

KBP Inspired, an Arby’s franchise location, is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction. This role focuses on performance, leadership, and adherence to brand standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will manage daily operations, balance labor and food costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness while supporting internal leadership growth opportunities and a quarterly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Arby’s quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness to ensure a safe guest and employee environment.
