KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Arby’s location. You’ll lead and train a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage daily restaurant operations to support profitability and standards.

The role requires 18+, 1+ year in a similar GM role, and availability to close two nights weekly. Competitive benefits, training, and internal growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach team to maintain a productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Arby's standards for food quality, prep and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve shift-related challenges.
