KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Arby’s location in the USA. You will lead, train, and coach a team, deliver guest-focused service, and oversee daily operations while managing labor and costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.
