Job summary

Arby’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our KBP Inspired franchise location to lead daily operations and coach the team. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage inventory and costs, and uphold Arby’s standards of food quality and safety in a fast-paced restaurant.

You should have at least one year of GM experience in food service or retail, be 18+, and be able to close the restaurant two nights weekly. A growth-focused, performance-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain Arby’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges during shifts.
