KBP Brands’ Arby’s location in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage labor and food costs, uphold Arby’s standards for safety and quality, and drive profitability while supporting growth opportunities within KBP Inspired.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Bonus Program

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant’s performance.
