You'll need restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, and a proven ability to motivate and develop others in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred).
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven availability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and celebrate the team, partner with the General Manager in overseeing operations.
• Hire, train, and develop team members at the location.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
• Help manage costs, inventory, and store-level performance.
