Job summary

TownePlace Suites Fort Mill is seeking a dynamic Housekeeper to join our team. You will clean and maintain guest rooms and suites, restock supplies, and ensure safety and security in line with hotel policies.

Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and English language proficiency are important. High school education preferred; prior hotel housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency to communicate with guests and staff.
• Basic safety and lifting techniques training.
• High school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and stocking supplies.
• Report missing items and any repairs needed to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and security; follow hotel policies and procedures; report safety concerns.
• Handle lost and found items and keep housekeeping office informed.
• Sign in/out keys and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
