Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel management or leadership.

Job Requirements

• -Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• -Experience with hotel management software and systems
• -Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• -Knowledge of health, safety, and legal compliance regulations in the hospitality industry
• -Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• -Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals and objectives
