Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet KPI standards.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and compliance.
