Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Temple, Texas. In this critical leadership role, you will assist the Managing Partner in overseeing club operations, ensuring member satisfaction and staff performance standards. We are committed to building a strong community and enhancing the member experience while promoting a high-energy culture.

The ideal candidate will have significant management experience in the fitness or customer service industry, strong communication skills, and an ability to foster a positive and productive environment for both staff and members.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Strong knowledge of operational standards and procedures.
• Experience with recruiting and developing high-performing staff.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Monitor staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Assist in club operations and policy compliance.
