Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment while driving safe, welcoming environments for both staff and customers.

The role requires managing the entire restaurant, scheduling, training, and ensuring standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
