Panera Bread is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a beloved neighborhood bakery-cafe and partner with the General Manager on daily operations. You will inspire and celebrate a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and help grow the business while owning hiring, training, and development at your location.

You will plan staffing needs, scheduling, and performance management, while maintaining Panera's standards, costs, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Proven ability to drive positive business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop bakery-cafe team and manage operations with the GM.
• Plan staffing, shift scheduling, and staff development.
• Hire, onboard, train, and motivate team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain quality standards.
• Control costs and manage inventory with the GM.
