Nbutexas in Maryland, Hagerstown, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a high-volume casual dining concept. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while balancing financial performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and solid understanding of labor, inventory, and P&L. This hands-on role offers growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.
