Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager with strong leadership and a talent for business development and sales. You will support the General Manager in building a winning culture, developing a team, and coaching wellness professionals to help customers feel better.

You will lead a dynamic team in a health and retail setting, drive customer satisfaction, and execute store initiatives with a focus on growth, training, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and driving revenue.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Numbers-driven with ability to act on metrics.
• Ethical, supportive leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment with outstanding customer service.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage disciplinary actions and provide coaching in real time.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical staff.
• Collaborate with GM to implement new procedures and performance expectations.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and a safe environment.
• Drive store sales, manage marketing and community outreach.
• Meet KPIs, revenue, inventory, payroll, costs, and maintenance.
