Join a health-oriented retail environment open seven days a week, with a focus on customer service, team development, and community engagement. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Proven track record of B2B sales.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Numerical mindset with action plans based on metrics.
• Supportive leadership and teamwork.
• Driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals.
• Ethics and integrity in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical employees.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment for guests and employees.
• Achieve KPIs, revenue, inventory, payroll, and cost controls.
• Plan monthly team meetings and store events with management.
• Develop store partnerships and community outreach with the GM.
