Bamboo Sushi - UVillage in Seattle, WA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team development in a high-volume, full-service setting.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience leading a restaurant and management team in a high volume, full service setting.
• Two or more years experience in food and beverage, upscale concept preferred.
• Passion for guest service and culinary knowledge.
