You will collaborate with the General Manager and vendors to ensure financial controls, inventory accuracy, and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality, strong communication, and a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations following company policies.
• Maintain professional image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Control cash, inventory, and labor costs; review financial reports.
• Oversee cost of goods sold and nightly reporting.
• Respond to customer service needs and uphold service standards.
• Assist GM with third-party vendor contracts and negotiations.
• Complete payroll and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise staff; apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure a safe working and guest environment; minimize risk of injury.
• Manage third-party entertainment vendors and coordinate with Entertainment Director.
