Goodwin Recruiting in Baltimore is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume, upscale operation with 400+ seats and 150+ staff. The role requires hands-on leadership to balance guest experience with strong financial performance and operational discipline.

The GM will oversee multiple dining and event spaces, manage budgets, labor, and inventory, and partner with the Executive Chef to ensure menu execution and cost control. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in upscale/high-volume settings.
• Experience leading 400+ seat operations and 150+ staff with strong financial results.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on leadership and establish service standards that define guest experience.
• Oversee front-of-house operations across all service formats and events.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and staff.
• Maintain elevated service standards with consistent execution across shifts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, labor, and cost controls for the operation.
• Partner with Executive Chef on menu execution and cost management.
