Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager for an upscale hospitality venue featuring elevated dining and live entertainment. You will lead front-of-house operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic, music-forward setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with culinary and beverage teams to drive excellence in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in upscale dining or hospitality environments.
• Experience with live music or entertainment-driven operations is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while maintaining clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate service operations with live entertainment and special events.
• Maintain high standards for dining room presentation, service execution, and operational consistency.
• Resolve guest concerns and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and entertainment teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, team performance, and the overall guest experience.
