Job summary

Trulieve in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations and supervise a 40+ person team. The role focuses on driving service standards, inventory control, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

You will partner with the General Manager, coach staff, manage labor budgets, and uphold confidentiality and company SOPs while delivering strong customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager to assure changes are communicated to employees.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.
