Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, uphold standards, and drive sales.

The AGM will help with hiring, scheduling, training, inventory control, food safety, and customer service, while stepping in for the GM when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in restaurant management preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in food service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic financial principles.
• Proficient with POS systems; Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations with the General Manager.
