Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience at our Lubbock store. You’ll coach associates, manage operations, and help drive sales performance and store metrics.

You will oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and staffing, while enabling teams to meet quotas and develop their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to drive sales targets and customer experience.
