Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations, opening/closing.
• Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness meet standards.

• Supervise and coach Team Members, provide performance feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to optimize coverage.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive workplace.
• Enhance guest experience and address customer concerns promptly.
