Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking individuals to support the Restaurant General Manager by coordinating shifts, handling administrative tasks, and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will help lead Team Members and Shift Leads to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality service.

In this role, you assist with recruiting, training, and developing staff while maintaining health and safety guidelines and food quality. Your leadership will adapt to daily restaurant needs and franchisee policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties.
• Provide leadership when RGM is away to ensure Taco Bell standards are met.
• Assist with facility maintenance, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and food is served safely and quality.
