Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) operates Arby's restaurants and is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Alaska to support daily restaurant operations and leadership across shifts. The AGM will help ensure brand standards, drive customer satisfaction, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.

The role requires leadership experience in a restaurant environment, a focus on safety and training, and collaboration with the GM to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members to prioritize the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, conforming to OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop individuals aspiring to leadership roles, and provide feedback.
• Assist in identifying staffing needs, interviewing candidates, and creating a welcoming environment for new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to all customers.
• Assist GM in managing restaurant operations.
