Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong floor presence.
• Ability to lead staff respectfully but firmly.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead front-of-house staff and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly.
• Train new staff on service standards and POS procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs.
