Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing entire restaurant operations including FOH, BOH, and bar business with managing partners.
• Help manage expense control, food preparation and service, and labor percentage to ensure satisfactory and profitable operations.
• Coordinating bar operations and cost controls.
• Explore business opportunities to obtain new customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant employees to build a strong, cohesive team.
• Helping to review staff performance on a regular basis.
• Ensure restaurant adheres to sanitation and safety standards, rules, and regulations.
