Torsap Thai Kitchen in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will supervise staff, help schedule shifts, and drive standards for cleanliness and efficiency.

2+ years as an assistant manager in a restaurant is required; a BS in hospitality/restaurant management is a plus. Strong leadership and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant.
• Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Able to manage schedules, hiring, and staff development.
• Proficient with restaurant software and POS systems.
• BS degree in hospitality/restaurant management is a plus.
