Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, uphold hospitality standards, and support staff performance. You will lead pre-shift meetings, supervise FOH staff, manage labor, and ensure guest satisfaction.

As AGM you will report to the GM and DOP, collaborate with the Culinary Director, and drive revenue through efficient scheduling and service excellence while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and require the same from all staff.
• Assist in leading staff training and development by instituting our training programs, leading daily pre-shifts, and monitoring and coaching FOH staff to be successful.
• Communicate clearly and concisely at all times using professional language and utilize the non-verbal communication tools provided to you such as Daily Manager Logs, Notes, Staff Performance Logs etc.
