Job summary

Assistant General Managers at Bojangles' lead our teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and guest experiences. They collaborate with the General Manager to develop a high-performing staff, drive traffic, sales, and profitability, while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Essential duties include building an inviting store culture, coaching team members, ensuring safety and quality, and executing processes to meet standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our teams to provide exceptional hospitality and guest experience.
• Develop and lead a team to drive traffic, sales and profitability.
• Maintain a customer centric culture and uphold standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Coach and onboard new employees and demonstrate cultural principles.
• Oversee processes and systems (BoFood, BoLabor) and take corrective action when needed.
• Understand P&L impact and participate in inventory and safety standards.
