Bojangles' is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the General Manager to build a culture focused on service, traffic, and profitability, while coaching staff and maintaining operational standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, people development, and adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervision and cash handling is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
