Job summary

Assistant General Managers at Bojangles' lead our teams to deliver exceptional Southern hospitality and guest experiences. You collaborate with the General Manager to build a high-performing team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

With a minimum of 2 years in management, you will manage shifts, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 18 years or older and able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting store culture where team members feel respected and valued.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Lead onboarding and development for new hires.
• Demonstrate Bojangles' cultural principles in every interaction.
• Adhere to BoFood and BoLabor systems and take corrective action as needed.
• Empower team members to deliver WOW guest service.
• Understand and impact the restaurant’s P&L, inventory, and safety standards.
• Lead through inventory management and LTO life cycles, including training and POP deadlines.
