KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for the SONIC Drive-In location. You will partner with the Managing Partner to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience while building a path to higher leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing, walking, lifting, and using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while maintaining SONIC standards and policies.
• Lead training, scheduling, and monitor team performance in partnership with the Managing Partner.
• Manage inventory, food safety compliance, guest concerns, and cash handling.
• Support financial performance through expense control and cash management.
• Partner with the Managing Partner on growth initiatives and protecting the SONIC brand.
