KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for SONIC Drive-In locations. You’ll partner with the Managing Partner to oversee daily operations, train staff, manage scheduling, and drive guest satisfaction while guarding Sonic standards and profitability.

This role offers a clear path to Managing Partner and above-store opportunities, a restaurant performance bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, PTO, meal discounts, paid training, and support through KBP

Qualificações

• 1+ year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Assist Managing Partner with training, scheduling and team performance.
• Manage inventory, food safety compliance, and guest concerns.
• Support financial performance through cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with Managing Partner on growth initiatives and protecting the Sonic brand.
