This role offers leadership development, bonus opportunities, and strong benefits. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in an AGM role in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, are at least 18, and can close at least two nights per week.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to improve performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges and keep shifts running smoothly.
