Job summary

Noodles & Company is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead and coach our restaurant teams, delivering great food and welcoming guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff development, ensuring food safety and quality while driving a positive, accountable environment.

With at least one year of leadership experience, you’ll manage a fast-paced team, recruit and train staff, and contribute to local marketing and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Restaurant/food service leadership background preferred.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver great food and guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and scheduling to ensure smooth service.
• Foster a welcoming, accountable environment for staff and guests.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards across shifts.
